Amazing food, very authentic and reminded me of Delhi food :) The Chur Chur Naan, Galouti kebab and biryani were all very good. Highly recommend!

My friend and I ordered takeout, and the food was nicely packaged. We got the classics: butter chicken & saag paneer. I definitely enjoyed the butter chicken more but both were pretty good For naan, we tried both the garlic and original naan. I personally enjoyed the original naan with the food items, but the garlic naan was good on its own.

We ordered the avocado bhel, fig and walnut kofta, salmon tikka, and aloo chaat. Plus, two sides of rice and garlic naan. We shared this for a group of 4 and was enough to leave us stuffed. Food was delicious and service was great!

Great service , waiters very polite. flavorful food, mango lassie too thick for my liking but not bad , lamb biryani great , very authentic chicken and lamb dishes very tender. Relaxing dim lights not too loud restaurant I liked the cauliflower appetizer but felt for the price it could have been a larger portion, hopefully they'll fix that. Still tasty enough that I would come back

We went to celebrate a friend's bday. The best thing there were the railway cutlet and pesto paneer tikka. Their Lahsooni chicken tikka was also delicious. We went in a large group and they accommodated us really well. People were divided on the walnut and fig Kofta and Gosht Roganjosh. Walnut and fig kofta could have been a little less spicy. I couldn't taste the flavor of either walnut or fig. However overall experience was great! The bathrooms were clean and even though the place is not too big we didn't feel crowded even though we were a big group.

Recently came out to try their Indian food in downtown Redwood City. The decor and space was small but cozy. The food menu is vast with vegetarian, fish and meat options. Ordered their lamb rack which was delicious, avocado chaat appetizer, butter chicken and garlic naan. The prices were expensive but the food quality was delicious. Of note; they do not stamp parking vouchers for the garage.

We had a dinner date on a Sunday after our sunset visit to Mori Point. We have been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time, we finally able to make it we were there around 8.20 pm, not crowded and were immediately seated. When looking at Yelp menu pics and review, there were quite a few dishes that were not present in the regular menu. We were handed out a drink menu, regular menu, and a printed paper menu, which keeps changing. I have a picture of the season menu for yelpers. We started with Mango mule, and Masala soda. Mango mule, it was ok, but Masala soda was good brough back memories of masala pepsi I used to have in Bangalore. Our appetizer was Avocado Raisin bhel, we ordered san raisin. Very appealing and tasted great, and was given the spicy chutney and the sweet chutney to go with it, which was really helpful. For the main course, we ordered Fig and walnut kofta and asked to make it spicy, but they recommended making it medium spicy, but it was perfect spice and were able to taste varying flavors. For the bread, we had ordered Ajwain Mirch Paratha and Mushroom naan. Ajwain Mirch paratha was crispy, but the flavor of ajwain or mirch did not come through for dunking in gravy they need to be a little softer. On the other hand, Mushroom Naan is a stuffed naan with mushrooms soft and perfect also very unique and was great with our kofta gravy. Service was excellent, and we were told they got a new celebrated chef from India and will be seeing more seasonal and new items. Overall, we had a good experience looking forward to going with our whole family. Little ohigh on pricier side, but they justify with their service, ambiance and food.

Best Indian restaurant I've tried in the Peninsula so far, and I'm so glad it's within walking distance of my work. My 3 coworkers and I all ordered different things, tried each other's food, and liked it all. And I appreciate that their service was fast enough (even though it's a legit sit down restaurant) that we were able to order, enjoy our food, and still have time to walk there and back during our lunch break! If you like thali plates, would def recommend both the chole bhature (I would describe as a spiced chickpea curry) and poori aloo (a potato-based curry) lunch specials. They both come with 2 airy poori pockets, some pickled pearl onions, pickled peppers, a yogurt sauce that I think is raita, a couple other chutneys/dips, and golab jamun (syrup-soaked dough balls). Both the chickpea and potato curries were amazing, and the poori were perfect for dipping into all the sauciness. Don't sleep on the marinated peppers but beware that the fire hits strong after you've already eaten it. The yogurt sauce offers a nice cooling balance. The only thing we didn't really care for was the golab jamun because they're just too sweet. The butter chicken and curry chicken lunch specials were also good. Both can with a small bowl of the entree, rice, 2 pieces of naan, a side salad, and a crispy..cone-shaped cracker (??). Definitely a good portion lunch portion. Prices are kinda up there for lunch--our plates were $17.95-$19.95, but I think the quality is worth it!
